2. The service
Pilot-Assessment.com provides online practice tests for individuals preparing for airline and flight school aptitude assessments.
We are an independent preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any airline, flight school, or assessment provider. All references to airlines, test names, or formats are for identification only. All our practice questions are original works we have created ourselves. Any similarity to actual assessment content is coincidental.
3. Your account
To use the service, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep your password secure
- Not share your account with others
- Not attempt to scrape, copy, or reproduce our question banks
- Not use automated tools to interact with the service
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these rules.
4. Subscription and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and billing frequency are shown on our Pricing page before you purchase.
Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly), unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will remind you before any price change and before any renewal longer than 12 months.
Payment: You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time from Account Settings or by emailing feedback@pilot-assessment.com. We’ll confirm by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a digital-content contract. Because our service provides immediate access to premium content, you are asked at checkout to explicitly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose this right once access begins.
Refunds: Once access has started, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We do not refund partial months or unused time.
Service discontinuation: If we permanently discontinue the paid service, we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription on a pro-rata basis.
6. Intellectual property
All test content, questions, explanations, graphics, and software on the service are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. You may:
- Use the service for personal practice
- Take notes for your own use
You may not:
- Copy, share, sell, or republish questions
- Use our content to train AI models
- Reverse-engineer the scoring logic
- Use our trademarks without written permission
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve the service. You transfer any rights in that feedback to us.
8. Third-party links
Our service may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their terms before using them.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and we may change or remove features.
If the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, you may request a pro-rata refund for the affected period.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
This does not limit our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Gross negligence or intent
- Statutory consumer rights under Finnish or EU law
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded by law
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data) to the extent permitted by law.
11. Disclaimer
The service is provided as described on our website. We do not guarantee that:
- You will pass any actual assessment
- Our practice tests mirror any specific provider’s tests
- Scores on our platform predict scores elsewhere
The service is a practice tool, not a certification or assessment of aptitude.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Breach these terms
- Abuse the service
- Attempt to defraud or scrape the platform
If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies. Both form part of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Finnish law. As a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
If you have a dispute, please contact us first at feedback@pilot-assessment.com. We will try to resolve it informally.

15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are material, we will notify you at least 30 days before they take effect, by email or in the service. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
