Psychological evaluation

The initial segment(20 minutes), where candidates will be asked to reflect on their past five years of experiences, encompassing personal and professional aspects. This portion aims to assess their psychological well-being, stress management, and decision-making under various circumstances. Additionally, candidates will have the opportunity to discuss their performance in aptitude tests, providing insights into their cognitive abilities and problem-solving skills.

HR

Following the psychological assessment, the second part of the interview(45 minutes) will be conducted with a captains and HR representative. NORRA Assessment
Finnish Aviation Academy(Suomen Ilmailuopisto) and Patria Pilot Training students do not need a simulator assessment.
